Performance artist duo 'The Girls' (Andrea Blood and Zoe Sinclair) present a reinterpretation of Edwardian Bournemouth's long-forgotten 'Grand Grotesque Carnival', a surreal, masked spectacle which took place in 1910. Directed by and featuring The Girls, along with associate directors We 3, and friends; the project is a special commission for Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival.
Members of the public (children and adults) can take part in the Grand Grotesque Parade on the evening of Saturday 24 September.
